Ordering:

Q: Can I become a member?
A: Yes you can! And it’s easy! All you have to do is add your email and verify you are an individual that lives in Canada and is over 19.

Q: How do I order?
A: Place your order on our site and simply follow our easy steps to checkout. You can find complete instructions for the shopping/checkout process in the “How to Order” tab. You can also email us with your order request and shipping information and one of our Mushrooms consultants can place the order on your behalf. You’ll receive an email with order confirmation and instructions for payment by Interac E-Transfer.

Q: Can I pick up my order directly?
A: At this time we are only mailing orders, individuals may not directly pick up their products.

Q: Can I place orders that are larger than the stock available on your site?
A: You can always place large orders, but at this time you cannot order a quantity that exceeds what is available on the website. For larger orders, please send an email request to: info@magicmushroomscanada.co

Q: Is ordering mushrooms online safe?
A: There are a great number of online Mushrooms companies.  Nobody has been charged from receiving Mushrooms products in the mail.

Return Policy:

Q: What is the return policy?
A: We offer a 110% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion of your product and we will refund you 110% of the product purchase price. Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning products.

Payment:

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Currently, we can only accept payment via Interac E-Transfer.

Q: How do I pay using Interac E-Transfer?
A: After you order we send you an email titled: Your Mushrooms order has been received! (It may go to your “Junk” or “Spam” email folders, check there if you can’t find it) with clear instructions for how to make payment using Interac E-transfer. The process is quite straightforward.

Q: Are our transactions secure?
A: All transactions are encrypted end-to-end using secure SSL encryption technology.

Q: Is there tax?
A: Yes we do charge the regular GST and HST.

Shipping and Delivery:

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Xpresspost delivery usually takes 2 days. However, Canada Post does not guarantee 2-day delivery in special circumstances. Packages may take longer to arrive when there are factors such as holidays, weather conditions, disasters or emergencies. You will receive an Xpresspost tracking number so you can track your package online on the Canada Post website. You can also contact us for assistance,  we’ll do our best to determine the whereabouts of your product!

Q: How do we ship?
A: We use Canada Post Xpresspost.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: It is $19.00 unless you spend over $99 then we offer free shipping!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Anywhere in Canada.

Q: What if my order is stuck in transit?
A: Please always contact us and do not contact Canada Post because at that point it is Canada Post’s issue and we will not be able to help in any way. If it is three days late then we will open an investigation for you with Canada Post and this process can be potentially lengthy, up to thirty days. If after the investigation or it is deemed lost we will resend your order free of charge.

Q: What if it says delivered but I did not receive my product?
A: If it says that it was delivered and you didn’t receive your order please contact us immediately and contact us instead of Canada Post. We will be the ones to get involved with Canada Post to do an investigation about the whereabouts of your product.
